Quietly Crafting, and The Grove

We’ve been quiet in recent months —but not absent.

At Aristaeus & Co. we have taken a necessary pause. Some of that time was spent experimenting and testing new essential oil blends for our cold process soaps—combinations that speak softly but linger long. And some of it was spent tending to family commitments, where care and presence were needed most.

Still, the work quietly continued in its own way. We’ve been listening closely to new scent pairings, watching how they settle, how they shift, how they might one day become part of your daily ritual. Others are still steeping—waiting for the right name, perhaps the right story, definitely the right moment.

And now, we’ve opened a space to share more of that process.

🌿 Aristaen Grove is our new home on Substack -- It’s where we write about seasonal rhythms, the allotment’s rhythm, the bees, the slow unfolding of scents, and the place they all have in our products, blends and rituals. More importantly, it’s where we share the real-life moments that shape what we make: the caregiving pauses, the allotment harvests, beekeeping struggles, and the unexpected shifts that influence how the blends and products come to be.
