Honouring the Hive: National Honey Day

At Aristaeus & Co. honey is more than nourishment—it’s a ritual rooted in myth, care, and wellbeing. Naming ourselves after the ancient Greek god Aristaeus, patron of beekeeping and rustic wisdom, we celebrate the quiet labour of the hive and the golden gifts it offers.
This National Honey Day on 21st October, we honour the lineage from myth to meadow to morning toast. It’s a time to celebrate bees and beekeepers, whose work sustains both body and spirit.
Our curated offerings—beeswax candles, honey-infused soaps, and natural skincare —invite you to weave this sacred sweetness into your daily rituals. Stir honey into porridge, light a candle, or bathe in herbal warmth. Each act is a whisper from Aristaeus himself.
The hive is sacred, and so is the act of wellbeing.
